The AI Operations Specialist helps turn inefficient processes into AI-powered workflows within an operational excellence function. You will analyse workflows, build and deploy AI solutions (e.g., Gemini Gems, low/no-code tools), and develop reusable automation frameworks. You’ll lead rollout, documentation, and user training, and measure impact with data on time savings, error reduction, and speed. You’ll also promote AI adoption and coach teams on new tools.

Turn inefficient processes into smart, AI-powered workflows. This role sits within an operational excellence function, identifying friction in day-to-day work and deploying practical automations that deliver measurable productivity gains.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse workflows to identify opportunities for AI automation
  • Build and deploy AI solutions (e.g., Gemini “Gems”, low/no-code tools)
  • Develop high-quality prompts and reusable automation frameworks
  • Lead rollout, documentation, and user training
  • Measure impact through data (time saved, error reduction, speed)
  • Promote AI adoption and coach teams on new tools

What you’ll bring

  • Analytical mindset with strong logical problem-solving skills
  • Experience with prompt engineering and data preparation
  • Comfort with Google Workspace and low/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, AppSheet, Power Apps)
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-focused approach
  • Interest in AI, automation, and operational improvement
