To be successful you will: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. A minimum of 11+ years of experience. In depth knowledge and experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms. Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as GCP, Azure and AWS and big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, etc. High technical aptitude, problem solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, motivation, and passion for data discovery. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and relevant generative AI libraries. Solid understanding of RAG, GraphRAG approaches. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data engineering pipelines in data warehousing/analytics environments. Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
