We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
Research, develop, and implement state-of-the-art techniques in the field of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI.
Design and development of one of key group AI platform components- Agent Frameworks-to accelerate AI Agent delivery across the bank.
Conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) and prototyping to explore and validate the feasibility and flexibility of innovative ideas.
Design and develop platform capabilities spanning AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud (Ali) environments, enabling seamless cloud and on-premise AI deployments.
Ensure strict adherence to architectural principles, technical standards, security requirements, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Troubleshoot complex platform issues to ensure successful, high-quality, and resilient AI services in production.
Collaborate closely with product teams, engineers, stakeholders, and customers to translate AI capabilities into production-ready systems that meet business needs.
