The Audit Manager - Model Risk will lead and deliver independent model risk audits across the organisation, assessing model governance, methodology, validation and controls. You will manage and coach a team of auditors, coordinate with model owners and model risk functions, and drive remediation of identified control weaknesses. The role requires strong understanding of quantitative models, model validation practices, regulatory expectations and excellent stakeholder management skills.
