Principal responsibilities The scope of work will include but may not be limited to: Impact on the Business Implement outcome of business analytics and develop effective personal and relevant communications to support business strategies Provide comprehensive innovative and analytical solutions capitalizing advanced data and analytics capabilities and communication toolkits. Optimize and craft personal and relevant communications through targeting/offers and industrialized processes. Support to enable point-in-time personalized and relevant dialogues with customers Support to enhance operational effectiveness leveraging the advanced technologies and communication toolkit. Champion customer experience as the forefront in customer communications. Leadership & Teamwork Support to drive customer-centric leads performance with test and learn culture embedded to deliver commercial outcomes Deploy advanced communication toolkits to design and deliver personal and relevant communications Collaborate across all Tribes to embed data-driven insights and business decisions. Actively participate and enable key initiatives from global and regional Data & Analytics leadership. Operational Effectiveness & Control: Execute industrialized processes to serve business analytics and customer communications. Adopt tools to optimize resource vs activities. Adopt best practices and standards of analytics and communications. Align governance and controls towards Group9s standards in a progressive approach. Requirements We seek highly motivated specialists who have the following experience and qualifications to join our dynamic organization Minimum 6 years9 experience in one or multiple skills in business analytics or contact and communication design and operation in the financial or digital domains. Or similar experience in analytics consulting or managing digital products. Proven experience in one or more of: customer segmentation, portfolio analytics, pricing analytics, digital marketing, data science, use of open-source data in analyses. Familiarity with analytics/visualization tools such as Python, SQL/BigQuery. Tableau/QlikSense/Looker studio, hands-on experience on cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus. Ability to communicate with impact, with the capacity to ensure complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to a wide and varied audience. Good problem solving skills, exhibit self-motivated, self-starter behaviors. Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery Strong team player; able to work with members of different skills and experiences. Comfortable to operate in a complex matrix structure with multiple stakeholders. Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
