We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Analyst (Model Governance)

In this role you will need:

• Model Oversight: Establish and maintain governance frameworks for machine learning models, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for model development, validation, and performance monitoring processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess model performance and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Risk Management, Compliance, and IT, to ensure alignment on governance practices and model usage.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to stakeholders on model governance procedures and best practices.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to model governance, ensuring the organization’s practices remain compliant.

• Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to managing governance procedures and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk Management, Compliance, IT, and other stakeholders
• Ability to stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and incorporate them into governance practices.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, algorithms, and performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, model governance, or related roles within the financial services or technology industry.
