Manage and deliver customer and product analytics to support business strategy for wealth and premier banking. Analyze customer, transaction, deposit, investment and product data to drive customer-centric initiatives, campaign execution and performance evaluation. Design and maintain management reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis, and implement propensity models to prioritize targeting and improve conversion. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data definitions and analytical metrics.
