We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Collections Analytics Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • The jobholder will be required to manage one or more assignments projects with some level of complexity and scope.
  • Responsible for developing a climate in which creativity thrives and in which process quality and productivity are continuously improved.
  • Manage defined analytic and management information outputs to facilitate and promote efficiencies and effectiveness across the Collections Operation.
  • Ensure integrity of management information and analytics produces through strong oversight and established controls.
  • Address performance opportunities within the business function and conduct regular testing to confirm that activities remain suitable.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

To be successful you will:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Operations with at-least 3 years of experience in Mangement Information and reporting -preferably in Contact Center.
  • Graduate in any stream
  • Excellent data analysis, logical deduction, and critical thinking skills
  • Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Visual basic for applications, Power-point, Microsoft Access. Basic knowledge of statistical and financial modelling techniques, marketing research and multivariate analysis tools
  • Project Management and Business Process improvement skills
  • Possesses excellent thought organization and thought leadership. Excellent Communication and presentation skills – Both verbal and written
