This internship role involves integrating multi-source customer data from core banking, credit cards, and mobile platforms to build a unified and clean customer view and tagging system. The intern will establish key metrics for retail product lifecycle and create visual dashboards to track marketing campaign responses and product conversion rates. Additionally, the role supports customer relationship management strategies to enable precise marketing outreach.

- 整合核心银行、信用卡及移动端等多源客户数据，构建统一、洁净的客户视图与标签体系；
- 梳理零售产品从开户到交易的关键环节，建立指标并定期输出洞察，驱动相应运营举措；
- 搭建可视化看板，跟踪营销活动响应率和银行核心产品转化指标；
- 协助建立客户关系管理策略，支持营销的精准触达。

任职要求：
- 计算机，统计，数学，金融等相关专业，本科或研究生，25届及以后毕业；
- 英文读写能力好，能看懂及书写外文技术文档，英语6级为佳；
- 熟练使用SQL和Python；
- 专业知识基础扎实，对新事物、新技术，有较强的学习能力，喜欢挑战。执行力强，具有优秀的团队合作精神、敬业精神。
