We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior AI Solution Lead.

Principal responsibilities

• Lead an AI engineering development pod of 5 ppl to deliver rapid prototype solution for PoC
• Be responsible for technical training and best practice establishment for the AI engineering team
• Lead the market vendor solution study, build and manage the partnership with AI leading vendors in China
• Be responsible for strategic AI-ready data design and collaborate with Data & Analytics team for data transformation program delivery

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on development experience to deliver production-grade Machine Learning / AI solutions in an enterprise environment or as a start-up
• Technical savvy for quick experimenting the state-of-art AI algorithms and open source packages
• Product mindset in designing and owning the roadmap of an AI application
• Proficient in coding and proven experience in managing small developer team for agile delivery
• Candidates with proven exposures in academic or industry communities / conferences are highly preferred

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
