We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering.

Principal responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-driven prompt systems for various banking services, such as customer service, fraud detection, and risk management.
Design, develop, and maintain AI prompt algorithms and models to ensure high performance, accuracy, and reliability, leveraging LangChain for enhanced capabilities.
Conduct research on the latest AI and machine learning technologies, including LangChain, and apply them to improve existing systems and develop new solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for AI prompt systems, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of AI prompt systems with other banking applications and infrastructure.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI prompt systems, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Ensure that all AI prompt systems adhere to industry best practices and comply with data privacy and security regulations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for AI prompt systems as needed.
Continuously stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, including LangChain, to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge and competitive in the industry.
