The Foundry Automation Operations Strategy Lead is responsible to set strategies and deliver world-class automation systems availability with modern and cost-optimized operations structures and solutions by integrating AI/ML technologies into automation operations. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Resiliency: Define and execute a multi-year strategy for automation operations, focusing on scalability, modernization, and "Zero Downtime" objectives - Modernization: Drive adoption of Predictive analytics and LLM to modernize tools and work environment as well as drive performance to next level. - Performance Benchmarking: Establish and track World-Class KPIs, including Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), System Availability, and Throughput Impact.Qualifications:
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field - Master's degree in AI/ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or advanced technical field strongly preferred Experience: - 8+ years of experience working in Foundry Automation teams - 3+ years leading AI/ML projects and teams in production environments - Proven track record of successful AI/ML deployments that delivered measurable business value - Experience with manufacturing systems integration and automation technologies
