Lead JetBrains' new AI adoption consulting practice from initial pilots to scaled enterprise rollouts. Build and mentor a high-performing team of forward deployed engineers and establish partnerships with system integrators and consulting firms. Act as the bridge between JetBrains product teams and enterprise customers to translate AI capabilities into business value and ROI. Drive lighthouse customers, strategic partnerships with top consultancies, and develop repeatable AI adoption playbooks.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build our new AI adoption consulting practice from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to define and execute the strategy that will bring JetBrains' AI-driven developer tools to our largest enterprise customers while establishing a new high-impact business function.
Your mission:
- Build and lead our AI adoption practice, from initial pilots to scaled rollouts.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of forward deployed engineers.
- Establish and grow partnerships with system integrators (SIs) and consulting firms.
- Act as the bridge between JetBrains product teams and customer organizations.
Who you are:
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and has experience building new business functions, methodologies, or teams from scratch.
- Someone who can translate deep technical concepts into clear business value and ROI for senior executives.
- Natural relationship builder who can earn trust and act as a key liaison between external partners, enterprise customers, and internal product teams.
What we’re looking for:
- At least seven years of experience in consulting and strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record in business transformation or enterprise software delivery.
- Strong relationships with SIs, consulting firms, and enterprise technology leaders.
- Deep understanding of the modern software development life cycle.
- Experience with AI transformation is a plus, but not required.

- Lighthouse customers adopting AI at scale.
- Strategic partnerships established with top consultancies and integrators.
- Recognized methodology and playbooks for AI adoption in place.
