Lead delivery of AI and machine learning solutions (including GenAI/LLMs) for CCB in a consulting-style environment, driving prototyping, production deployments, and rigorous controls. - Demonstrated mastery of data science techniques (e.g., descriptive, inferential, and causal statistics, model optimization) and machine learning (e.g., deep learning, neural networks, and generative AI)Hands-on experience deploying Large Language Model (LLM) applications in production environments, including designing, building, and maintaining LLM-based solutions at scaleFamiliarity with best practices for monitoring, observability, and responsible AI in productionTrack record of mentoring and coaching talent, with experience building high-performing, collaborative teamsExperience working across disciplines, sectors, or culturesExcellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate to diverse audiences (e.g., technical / non-technical)Experience navigating regulated, complex technology environmentsProficiency in Python, R, C++, Julia, or MatlabPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- PhD or equivalent experience in a quantitative, computational, or social science disciplineDemonstrated impact through publications, patents, open-source contributions, or significant project outcomesSolid understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure)Experience with containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines for ML/AI workloads
