As Analytics Solutions Manager within the Data and Analytics FAST team, you will lead a group of Analytics Solutions associates to solve business problems that drive qualitative and quantitative business value, leveraging Design Thinking to develop strategic, end-to-end, scalable solutions. You will coach others to apply these practices, guide project teams in synthesizing analytical findings for internal clients and senior executives, and manage relationships with partners. You will identify new project opportunities to grow the business pipeline, recruit and develop talent, lead internal FAST initiatives to set strategic direction and scale in a global operating model, and maintain a rigorous controls environment to ensure accurate, timely results.

As a Analytics Solutions Manager, within the Data and Analytics FAST team, you will lead a team of Analytics Solutions associates to solve business problems that impact qualitative and quantitative business value and leverage Design Thinking practices to develop strategic, end-to-end, scalable solutions; coach others to inject the same practices into their work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead team of Analytics Solutions associates as the primary engagement and project lead, to solve business problems that drive qualitative and quantitative business value,  and when necessary, as an individual contributor.
  • Leverage Design Thinking practices to develop strategic, end-to-end, scalable solutions and coach others to inject the same practices into their work.
  • Guide project teams in synthesizing analytical findings for consumption by internal analytical clients and senior executives and establish and manage relationships with internal clients and partners.
  • Identify new project opportunities helping to grow our business pipeline for respective books of work.
  • Recruit, develop and retain talent by creating an environment of open communication that prioritizes continued learning and growth.
  • Lead internal FAST initiatives to set the strategic direction of FAST, enable the team to operate at scale in a global operating model, and strengthen the team culture, locally and globally.
  • Maintain a rigorous controls environment to ensure accurate and timely results.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline
  • 5+ years of industry experience in consulting, solution design, or business analytics roles (e.g., marketing analytics, sales analytics, business insights)
  • Experience with design thinking practices and tools (e.g., Lucid, Figma, customer journey mapping) and product management principles (e.g., Agile)
  • Consulting orientation with ability to influence and effectively lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading project teams and coaching/mentoring early career talent, and improving team culture of a new or existing team
  • Experience with data analytics and/or visualization techniques (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx), as well as big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Cassandra, AWS)
  • Experience and knowledge of data science and analytical methodologies and approaches, and familiarity with various artificial intelligence functionalities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Consulting firm experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of the financial services or retail banking industry
  • MBA or other Masters’ degree
  • Flexibility to work in a global environment
