The Chase Sales Analytics team supports the executives that lead the Consumer Bank to analyze and optimize the sales function at Chase branches.
Job Responsibilities:
- Help develop and drive optimization roadmap for sales and banker portfolio functions using Machine Learning frameworks.
- Utilize advanced analytics to identify opportunities and support our bankers’ as they build lasting relationships to help clients navigate their financial needs over time.
- Independently manage projects end-to-end, from ideation to implementation, keeping all relevant stakeholders informed.
- Use data analysis tools/platforms (SQL, R/Python, Snowflake, AWS, Airflow & Hadoop) to analyze data from multiple sources.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for outreach performance, trend analysis, other analyses, as required.
- Implement models that allow for optimized in-branch servicing and sales while also managing other needs such as day to day foot traffic.
- Work with strategy partners to balance a strong experimentation environment with the need for quick, informed business decisions.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Relevant experience of 3+ years and a Bachelors or Masters in related field, preferably Financial Services.
- 3+ years of experience with optimization and machine learning models design and implementation – can be in a marketing, operational, or digital setting.
- Expertise implementing next-gen models using machine learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Problem-solving skills are essential.
- Must be able to think outside the box to implement creative solutions that solve business problems without sacrificing experimentation integrity.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines. Must be detail oriented, organized, and perform at high standards.
