As part of the International Private Bank (IPB) Digital & Data Transformation (DDT) organization, the IPB Advisor Experience team seeks to deeply understand the advisor workflow and design end-to-end journeys bringing the advisor and client experience closer together. It’s an exciting time to be transforming our business and you will be one of the key leaders driving strategic change, helping to accelerate the business growth and achieve efficiency goals globally. As part of the IPB Digital Advisor & Client Solutions Product team, the AI Product Manager, is responsible for supporting the efforts to drive AI, ML, and LLM innovation for the Global Private Bank, ensuring our Advisors have a seamless end-to-end experience across their digital ecosystem. Through forming close partnerships across our business you will help shape the AI product strategy and align priorities to ensure we’re solving our user’s biggest problems.

As a Product Manager in IPB Digital & Data Transformation organization, you will be responsible for the product vision and strategies to come up with innovative solutions to problems that are valuable (our users choose to use them), viable (the solution works for the business), usable (the users can figure out how to use) and feasible (our engineers have the skills and technology to implement them). You’ll bring a deep curiosity for how users interact with our products, leveraging data, industry trends, and competitive insights to inform every decision and keep us ahead of the curve. You will be required to quickly learn the nature of our business understanding the nuances of Data, Trading, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and more. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Technology and Design, but you’ll also be out front—engaging with Advisors and Business Management throughout the product lifecycle to make sure we’re always building the right thing, the right way.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to influence & negotiate, be able to work as an individual contributor as well as excel as part of a team. You’ll have strong skills around the Agile framework and demonstrate an equal appreciation of the discovery and execution process and able to quantify delivery into success measures.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand client and advisor needs. Invests in a deep understanding of the business opportunity, advisor & client needs and competitive landscape. Dive into research to uncover what matters most, ensuring every feature is relevant, useful, and ahead of the curve.
  • Be passionate about AI & Innovation - Bring relentless passion for AI and innovation to the Private Bank every day. Focus on delivering standout client and product experiences. Collaborate closely with developers and UX designers to create intuitive, differentiated solutions. Prioritize features that deliver client impact and business goals, within complex control requirements.
  • Inspire adoption – define and track KPIs for usage & impact (both quantitative & qualitative) metrics. Focus on constantly aligning our AI powered digital solutions with user needs to maximize AI adoption and impact across the Private Bank. 
  • Drives the product development lifecycle - define requirements (in partnership with cross-functional teams), ensuring sprint inputs and outputs are as envisioned, and providing direction and smart trade off decisions for the scrum team. Collaborates with others across broader teams to deliver end-to-end product and experience. 
  • Embody true “customer-obsession”. Put customer obsession at the heart of everything—leverage user data, performance metrics, industry trends, and all forms of feedback to shape design and roadmap decisions.
  • Set the standard for piloting and rolling out new capabilities - define objectives, scope, communication, training, support, and feedback/metrics to ensure successful adoption.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners including senior leaders, Digital, Technology, Design, Operations, Servicing, Legal, Risk & Control functions across the International Region

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 years of experience in Digital or financial services.
  • A proven innovator with an ability to think differently, reframe problems and uncover opportunities to turn emerging ideas into meaningful outcomes. 
  • Experience managing product delivery across multiple workstreams, balancing shifting priorities and complexities to successfully deliver new products to market. 
  • Confident decision-maker who knows how to prioritize, push back when needed, and keep teams focused on delivering strategic change that moves the needle.
  • Experience in KPI frameworks such as OKRs or HEART to communicate measures of success.
  • Excellent leadership skills – ability to guide teams and influence peers to build consensus.
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.  
  • Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence.
  • Highly self-motivated and ability to remain calm under intense pressure.
  • Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile) and design techniques with ability to successfully lead regardless of approach. 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Preferably with experience leading strategic or transformational change in wealth management, digital banking, or a related business.
