Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered personalization on the Data & ML Platform, delivering agentic AI assistants and human-readable customer summaries powered by LLMs across mobile, web, contact center, branch, and marketing channels. Set the vision, define roadmaps, and act as the voice of the customer to develop profitable products that scale, with close collaboration with Product, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers. Drive API-first capabilities on AWS and shepherd delivery from discovery to launch and continuous optimization, focusing on time, cost, and quality. Translate user research, journey mapping, and product metrics into outcomes that improve customer experiences and banking efficiency at scale.
Location: New York, NY, United States
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Proven product management leadership delivering AI-powered products to production in customer-facing environments, with close collaboration with Data Scientists and ML Engineers across the model development lifecycle
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and backlog management (epics, user stories, refinement, PBR, JIRA)
- Demonstrated experience defining and shipping agentic, AI-driven assistants and automation, including LLM-powered human‑readable summarization of customer information
- Strong data literacy and the ability to use user research, journey mapping, and product metrics to inform strategy and drive outcomes to time, cost, and quality targets
- Excellent people leadership: mentoring product managers, leading cross‑functional teams, and influencing partners across Product, Design, Technology, and Lines of Business
- Structured, strategic thinker and an effective communicator with excellent written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience stewarding API‑first capabilities on AWS with modern service integrations, and partnering across channels (mobile, web, contact center, branch, marketing)
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML and LLMs in production workflows (e.g., assistants, summarization), including partnering on prompt design, model evaluation, and iteration
- BS or MS in Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field of study
- Strong knowledge of current digital banking trends and customer experience patterns
- Experience with digital marketing relevant to personalization
