As a Quant Analytics Associate, you will leverage data-driven insights to improve customer journeys and operational performance across Chase operations. You will lead analytics projects, develop and report on performance metrics (KPIs), analyze customer interactions across channels, build business cases, and design tests to inform customer strategies. You will create automated visualizations and self-service tools using Tableau, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Alteryx, and present insights and recommendations to executives and business partners.

As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Data and Analytics team, you will leverage data-promoten insights to improve customer journeys and operational performance.

Job responsibilities

Lead and support partnerships with key Operations stakeholders and Product groups, applying strong business and data expertise

Provide analytics leadership to Product strategy groups across the CCB Operations organization

Develop and report on Operations performance metrics and KPIs using advanced analytical methods

Analyze customer interactions across multiple channels to identify friction points and improvement opportunities

Build business cases, design tests, and analyze program performance to inform customer strategies

Prepare and deliver presentations of insights and recommendations to executives and business partners

Create automated visualizations and self-service tools using Tableau, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Alteryx

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or related field

Five years of experience in data analytics or a related field

Hands-on experience with at least four of the following: SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx

Experience sourcing, transforming, and analyzing structured and unstructured data

Strong understanding of data mining, statistical concepts, forecasting, and predictive modeling

Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior leaders

Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics methods

Ability to mentor team members and foster growth opportunities

Drive impactful analytics projects to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency across Chase Operations.
