Job Description

As a Quantitative Analyst on the Open Banking Analytics Team, you’ll be driving data and analytics strategy, execution, and innovation for Open Banking capabilities to support customers and external parties and ensure secure data sharing for our customers. You will work closely with quad partners (Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk) to identify opportunities, deliver actionable insights, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Open Banking Product Owners to understand business needs and deliver actionable data solutions for wires and international payments
- Develop and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards using large database platforms
- Combine and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
- Support the creation and maintenance of data models, ensuring high data quality and consistency
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, and analytics teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
- Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear, concise manner to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
- Champion data and analytics best practices within the payments product group
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with two years of analytics experience or three years of related technical experience
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, SAS, and Python for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of large-scale databases such as Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, or AWS
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient using MS Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with Tableau and Adobe Analytics
- Exposure to machine learning concepts and applications
