As a Quant Analyst in Regulatory Services Analytics and Reporting, you will work with a team focused on delivering analytical and automation solutions across multiple business areas, including KYC, customer fulfillment, and credit bureau operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to address business problems, manage critical projects, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Your work will be governed by both internal and external standards, requiring a strong understanding of regulatory processes.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

- Analyze business problems and identify data-driven solutions  

- Design and implement automation solutions using industry-standard tools  

- Execute data analysis using Alteryx, SAS, and SQL  

- Translate complex data into meaningful business insights  

- Recommend solutions for solving challenging business issues  

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results using Agile methodologies  

- Continuously develop and strengthen your skills  

- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication  

- Support high-priority projects requiring attention to detail and regulatory compliance  

- Maintain a strong focus on analytic rigor and output quality  

- Operate independently and take initiative to deliver superior results

 

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:  

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a quantitative discipline  

- At least 3 years of experience in process automation and data analytics  

- Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, SAS, Alteryx, and Tableau  

- Experience designing and implementing machine learning models  

- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills  

- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate effectively  

- Acute attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output  

- Ability to operate independently and take initiative 

- Experience in root cause analysis  

- Understanding of data infrastructure in financial services  

- Experience in stakeholder/partner management

 

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills:  

- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline  

- Experience working on high-priority regulatory projects
