As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the WLS AI Delivery team, you will ensure the stable and scalable delivery of AI solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. We are looking for an experienced and strategic AI Product Owner to lead the development and management of our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for artificial intelligence and a strong ability to translate business needs into innovative AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of AI products that meet user needs and achieve business objectives.

Job responsibilities

• Promote innovation in AI and Generative AI applications, leveraging both open-source and cloud services to create transformative solutions for our clients.
• Champion ethical AI practices, implementing frameworks for data and concept drift detection, model interpretability (Explainable AI), and fairness in AI algorithms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and Act as the primary point of contact between the product team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in workflow tools, leveraging them to design, optimize, and implement efficient processes that support product delivery and business objectives.
• Designs AI-Integrated Workflows: Architects workflows that enable seamless human-plus-machine collaboration, ensuring integration with upstream and downstream systems to deliver data-first, AI-compatible solutions and maximize connectivity and automation across the product ecosystem.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, Workflow Product Owners, and UX/UI designers to develop AI models and products.
• Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria and Oversee the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and Use data-promoten insights to make informed decisions and optimize AI models and features and Ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Promote Workflow Innovation: Champion the adoption of innovative workflow design and optimization techniques, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and adaptable to evolving business and technology needs and Implement best practices for AI product development and deployment and Understanding that Gen AI technology is incredibly fast moving, you will help the engineers within your squad to understand which aspects of the solution need variability vs stability.
   

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in AI/ML product development.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for model monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD pipelines
• Advanced technical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Solid understanding of convolutional neural networks (CNN) and deep learning techniques for anomaly detection, forecasting, predictions and optimization.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks for processing and analysing big data.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Candidates with knowledge of tools like UiPath, Xceptor, Python, Instabase
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL,Alteryx and PySpark for data manipulation, analysis, and modelling. Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Regex highly desirable.
• Good understanding of NLP, Prompt engineering is essential. Hands on abilities will be preferred. Experience with cloud platforms and AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI
• Jira, Confluence, Camunda, MS Power Platform (inc. CoPilot Studio) 
• Cloud Solution Architecture (AWS + Azure), Python 
• Prompt Engineering, Customer engagement systems, Workflow platforms
