KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Digital Value Chain Transformation to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional programs to organize, prioritize, and monitor process reengineering and automation initiatives; champion and manage projects to streamline technology risk review, software development lifecycle, and operational pipelines
- Serve as a thought leader in process optimization, identifying and driving opportunities for significant improvements; act as transformation lead for AI initiatives and provide assistance with prioritization, enabling governance, roadmap visibility, and value tracking across platforms and teams
- Develop and implement value-based metrics and reporting strategies for transformation projects, linking financial, portfolio, and project performance data to actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation goals
- Establish clear goals and enhance reporting visibility to track progress and impact; utilize strong data analytics skills to connect diverse data sources and generate strategic insights
- Manage integrated, cross-functional projects and strategic roadmaps for both process and AI transformation
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in operational excellence and quality management, ideally in a technology-driven environment
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proven experience in IT service delivery, process redesign, and reengineering projects; strong program management skills, especially in AI and automation initiatives
- Robust background in data analytics, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies for measuring business value
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the capability to influence at all levels of the organization; demonstrated success in driving value-based thinking and metric-based strategies within a large organization
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks, and experience in creating business cases for transformation initiatives
