KPMG is seeking an Engineering Director to join the Tax Ignition Team, leading multi-year, large-scale programs spanning cloud services, microservices, front-end frameworks, and AI/ML integrations. The role serves as the main liaison between business stakeholders, enterprise architects, security/risk officers, and product leadership to align priorities, scope, and budgets, while owning end-to-end program delivery. You will guide design reviews, enforce best practices (infrastructure as code, containerization, API standards), and validate POCs for new technologies such as LLM fine-tuning and prompt-based workflows. The position includes hiring, mentoring, and growing a high-performing engineering team in a regulated environment with a focus on security-by-design and compliance.
Known for being a great place to work and build a career, KPMG provides audit, tax and advisory services for organizations in today's most important industries. Our growth is driven by delivering real results for our clients.
