Join Macquarie's Global AI Engineering and Assurance team to shape responsible AI across the organisation. You will plan and deliver targeted technical assurance engagements to validate AI systems, translate regulatory frameworks into practical controls, and embed AI risk considerations into policies, engineering standards and governance. You will also prepare executive dashboards and risk updates for senior leadership, promoting a culture of responsible AI use. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the London location.

What you offer

- Strong understanding of AI technologies and methodologies, including generative AI, large language models and agentic AI
- Knowledge of AI risk frameworks, governance and compliance standards such as NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001
- Experience delivering assurance engagements and validating AI lifecycle controls in regulated environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred
