Join the Business Management team within Macquarie's Banking and Financial Services division to enhance the employee experience (EX) and support the ongoing evolution of our workplace. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment delivering data-driven insights, translating EX initiatives into measurable commercial outcomes, and building predictive dashboards that link organisational health to performance. You will optimise EX investment by analyzing data to target initiatives that improve capability and engagement, and develop high-quality dashboards and reports while maintaining data integrity. The role focuses on connecting EX programs to business outcomes and guiding strategy through insights from internal communications and learning assets.

- A bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, computer science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis, with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel for conducting analysis and reporting.
- Direct experience with one or more major data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Data Studio, PowerBI, or Quicksight.
- A solid understanding of data structures and data modeling principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present data and insights clearly, including exposure to PowerPoint.
- A collaborative spirit with a strong belief in open communication and teamwork; you are someone who actively supports your colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve shared results.
