Join Macquarie's Data and AI Operational Risk team based in Sydney to help manage the risk profile of the Data and AI division within the Corporate Operations Group globally. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting operational risk outcomes, driving improvements, and delivering efficiencies in line with the Operational Risk Management Framework. You will uplift risk culture, conduct monthly risk reporting, and facilitate Risk and Controls Self-Assessments across the Data and AI ecosystem. You will initiate and lead discussions with business leaders on emerging issues related to the design and embedment of Data and AI Risk Frameworks for the Macquarie Group.

- 5 years+ experience in operational risk management, ideally within financial services or technology environments, would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks, policies, and reporting processes
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse teams and regions
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- Proven analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
