As a member of the Stress Testing team, you will play a key role in providing balance sheet and risk insights across enterprise-wide stress testing projects. You will collaborate with stress testing leads and senior management to establish and refine the strategy, enhance the framework, and deliver high-quality results that meet regulatory requirements and support commercial, capital, and strategic decision-making. You will ensure consistency in methodology, execution, and the formulation of assumptions for scenario analysis and regulatory/internal stress tests, climate scenario analysis, and related overlays. You will also support scenario design and expansion by reviewing the scenario assumption register and macroeconomic variables to ensure coherence.

What you offer

- 8+ years’ experience in stress scenario design and analysis, or a similar aggregate risk or balance sheet management role; with strong understanding of stress testing process and their role in the management of the bank and in regulatory relationships
- Good understanding of the bank's capital and liquidity management processes
- Proven ability to develop and use quantitative analysis to generate results
- Experience in integrating process in a Financial Planning and Analysis and Stress Testing context is valuable
- Knowledge in Capital Market, Asset Management, Commodity Trading or Market Risk is highly regarded.
