Join McKinsey's PFIC Insurance team within Panorama Financial Institutions Center, supporting Insurance client engagements across APAC, the Americas, and Europe. You will consolidate data from multiple sources, develop client-ready materials, and conduct primary and secondary research in the Insurance domain, packaging findings into client-ready PowerPoint presentations and financial models. Over time you will develop expertise in a specific Insurance area, contribute to broader knowledge assets, and leverage GenAI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of insights, under best practices. There is flexibility to hire at Senior Analyst level depending on your experience.

Your qualifications and skills
- Degree in commerce, finance, business studies, economics
- 3-5 years of work experience in consulting firms in the FIG space or in Local Insurance organizations
- Strong understanding of financial statements and general business concepts
- Superior problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
- Professional attitude and service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to work in a demanding and result-oriented team environment
- Entrepreneurial and self-starters who enjoy the challenges and rewards of research work in a dynamic and changing environment
- Ability to work with low-code-no code tools to build GenAI agents; knowledge of python and building and using GenAI agents would be a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
