You will help create and execute the growth strategy for McKinsey clients' digital sales. In this role, you will build top-performing B2B and B2C paid media programs across multiple social advertising platforms and owned channels, and generate insights to support marketing decision-making. You will conduct data analysis, tell stories with the data, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and researchers to translate insights into strategic recommendations. This role is based in Mexico City as part of McKinsey Digital, working with partners across digital marketing to improve client websites and campaigns.

Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in economics, business or engineering; advanced degree or specialization in digital is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing industry is a must
- Knowledge of primary paid media, own media & analytics tools
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel
