You will consult with existing client service teams and top managers to provide leadership and direction on transformational change and capability building. The role functions as an entrepreneur within McKinsey, mentoring developing consultants and integrating insights from a global network to create new client opportunities. You will lead day-to-day problem solving, team and client management, and leverage deep functional knowledge and proprietary tools to deliver high-quality client work and drive impact. You will also contribute to knowledge development and share intellectual insights across projects.

Your Impact
You will consult with existing client service teams as well as top managers at client organizations, and with your sound expertise, provide leadership and direction.
Within the firm, you'll play the role of an entrepreneur who reinvents McKinsey and opens up new opportunities for client impact. You'll be a mentor and an advisor to developing consultants, and as a member of McKinsey’s global network, you will be responsible for integrating insights from internal and external specialists as well as developing world-class knowledge.
You will be an important source of intellectual insight on a client project, framing business problems in a way that the team can then execute to drive impact and client value. Specifically, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities to advise companies on transformational change and capability building.
You will lead engagements on day-to-day problem solving, team management, and client management, bringing in deep functional knowledge, expertise, and proprietary tools to every client situation. You will manage and develop strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work. Lastly, you will inspire, lead, and develop new consulting staff.

Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred
- 7+ years of professional work experience following graduate school, with a proven track record of exceptional achievement and measurable impact
- Proven experience as a Project Lead in AI Transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of AI-driven business solutions and their implementation
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, with significant experience in framing, designing, and executing solutions for complex and challenging business problems
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a collaborative approach and excellent listening skills; proven capability to manage project scope and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Recognized thought leader in their industry, with a history of producing, syndicating, and publishing impactful and marketable knowledge
- Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, combined with a creative and visionary mindset to drive innovation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Korean
