Your Impact
As a typical McKinsey consultant, you will join a client service team and take ownership of a workstream to solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face, leveraging your strong passion for digital work.

You will take on a role that goes beyond advising. Working alongside clients and other McKinsey colleagues, you’ll combine research, analyzing data, interviews, and brainstorming to generate fresh insights and breakthrough solutions. You will be based in one of our Greater China offices as part of our Tech & AI at McKinsey. Tech & AI at McKinsey brings together the best of McKinsey’s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses. Your qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic achievements required; advanced degree or MBA are nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in leading the planning, design, and scaling of digital products (especially AI-embedded products, big data analysis, and algorithms)
- Proven record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
- Strong product instinct and ability to drive competitive analyses to build great product vision and roadmap, with success stories
- Strong data and analytical abilities with a passion in the latest trends of tech and AI
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Chinese
