Your Impact

As a typical McKinsey consultant, you will join a client service team and take ownership of a workstream to solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face, leveraging your strong passion for digital work.

You will be based in one of our Greater China offices as part of our Tech & AI at McKinsey. Tech & AI at McKinsey brings together the best of McKinsey’s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses. Your qualifications and skills

Undergraduate degree with outstanding record of academic achievement is required; advanced degree or MBA is advantageous
2+ years of work experience in eCommerce operation, omni-channel management, new retail, user growth and operation, etc.
Outstanding records of professional achievement within a consulting firm is preferred
In-depth knowledge of customer insights from any business sector (e.g., consumer, retail, B2B, eCommerce platforms or 3rd party service providers, etc.)
Combination of strong strategic and analytical abilities with a passion for technology
Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Chinese
