Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

As a Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in serving clients, primarily across the Asia region, by delivering expertise, insights, and tailored solutions in the GenAI space.
Collaborating closely with client service teams, you will contribute to complex, GenAI-driven workstreams, helping to shape problem-solving approaches and ensuring recommendations are customized to each client’s unique context. Acting as a trusted thought partner, you will guide client teams and stakeholders through increasingly nuanced discussions, fostering strong relationships and establishing yourself as a go-to expert in your field. Additionally, you will work in partnership with our GenAI Center of Excellence to identify, analyze, and synthesize high-impact use cases that can be enabled by GenAI, driving innovation and value for our clients.
In this role, you will collaborate with regional offices to generate and share innovative ideas, insights, and best practices in the GenAI space. You will play an active role in client development and contribute to the creation and enhancement of intellectual property within the cell. Additionally, you will help educate and upskill colleagues by disseminating knowledge on GenAI-related topics across the firm. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and evolving existing capabilities, driving the development of new ones to support the continuous improvement of our knowledge infrastructure. You will also independently codify insights and create reusable knowledge assets, tools, and documentation.
You will also take on team and people development responsibilities, proactively coaching and mentoring junior colleagues to support their growth and success. You will also play an active role in shaping and potentially leading key cell-level initiatives for our Chennai hub, such as tech-enablement or operational efforts, including recruiting, onboarding, learning programs, and service delivery.
You will be based in our Chennai office as part of our Asia Geographic Research team. This team specializes in providing local content expertise at the regional level, leveraging both secondary and primary research methods including expert interviews and market surveys.

Your Growth

Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • World-class benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
