Your qualifications and skills
- An undergraduate degree in engineering
- 2+ years of work experience in Digital/IT services, preferable exposure to AI strategy or related topics
- Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
- Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; good problem-solving capabilities
- Basic understanding of technology topics including global trends on technology investment shifts, talent and sourcing patterns, strategic bets across industries
- Familiarity with recent technological advancements on GenAI/Agents and adaptability to work in an environment which is enabled by GenAI capabilities for day-to-day work
- Ability to create product-focused materials/outputs, which would include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, and interactive dashboards etc.
- Data foundations for AI: familiarity with data mapping, data ontologies, and graph-based data representation; ability to work with structured/unstructured data in AI contexts
- Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
- Professional attitude, intellectual curiosity, good team player, and customer service orientation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize with willingness to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
