You will work in teams as a specialist practitioner to solve complex client challenges by deploying analytical tools and developing proprietary tools, benchmarking databases, and market perspectives. You’ll typically work in teams of 3-5 consultants on client engagements, gathering information, testing hypotheses, and presenting recommendations. You’ll build and scale analytical solutions for portfolio optimization, project development, cost and schedule diagnostics, and prepare cost estimates and budgets for large capital projects using advanced software and internal databases. The role can be based in Madrid, Lisbon or Wroclaw as part of the Capital Analytics Client Capabilities Network.

Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or construction science
- 2+ years of experience on major capital projects for either an owner or contractor, ideally in a project management or project controls role
- Background in consulting, strategy and/or research is a plus
- Modeling capability using Excel and experience managing large datasets with databases
- Distinctive analytical and quantitative skills
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing
- Experience with AspenTech estimator tool is a bonus
