You will apply advanced analytics and AI techniques to identify high-impact opportunities and transform data, models, and agentic systems into actionable business insights.

You will work closely with business and technology consultants and clients to derive value from large datasets and AI-driven workflows.

You will be hands-on with data management, AI modeling, and agentic design, while helping build institutional capabilities to sustain AI-enabled impact.

You will assist clients in modernizing end-to-end data and AI management infrastructures, including cloud AI services, agentic platforms, and MLOps pipelines.

By introducing advanced AI and agentic practices with knowledge transfer built-in, you will empower clients to independently drive and scale AI transformation.

Subject to experience, you will lead teams in delivering comprehensive AI and digital strategy projects.

You’ll be based in Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen and will work as part of McKinsey’s Lanyue.
