We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our Core AI Team. This team designs and builds tools that enable the firm to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) in their daily workflows. As part of the team, you will work on cutting-edge AI solutions, including our enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, our data ingestion pipelines, and our rapid application development (RAD) efforts. The role will involve backend development in Python and frontend development in TypeScript, with opportunities to collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
• Build intuitive and efficient user interfaces using TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Contribute to the development of enterprise RAG solutions and other AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in RAD efforts to deliver prototypes and production-ready applications quickly.
• Optimize user experience through thoughtful UI/UX design and implementation.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/LLM technologies and integrate them into the team's solutions.

Required Skills / Experience

• Proficiency in Python for backend development

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Skills / Experience

• Familiarity with AI/LLM-related user interfaces and workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying applications.
• Understanding of financial markets
