Join the Core AI team to design, develop and productionize cutting-edge ML and AI solutions (NLP, GenAI, agentic systems) by conducting experimentation, prototyping and collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders. This on-site role in Ramat Gan involves end-to-end solution development from ideation to deployment and staying current with ML advancements.
We are seeking a Machine Learning engineer to join our Core AI team. As part of the team you will help solve complex business problems by formulating viable cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, conducting experimentation and exploration, including design and development of novel models and algorithms. You will work closely with other AI/ML engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to help transition these solutions into firm-wide production systems.
Our Israel office is located in the Bursa area of Ramat Gan.
This role will be on-site.
As a global firm, proficiency in English is required.
Key Responsibilities
Work independently or as part of a team to help design and implement high accuracy & user experience solutions to business problems in the NLP, GenAI, Agentic, and/or ML space.
Participate in all aspects of solution development including ideation and requirement gathering with business stakeholders, experimentation and exploration to identify strong solution approaches, proof-of-concept development, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition solutions into production systems.
Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s with 4+ years, Master’s with 2+ years, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
Deep expertise and proven ability in developing high accuracy/value solutions to business problems in the NLP, GenAI, and/or ML space.
Hands-on experience with data processing, experimentation, and exploration.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Additional Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Understanding of the financial markets including experience with financial datasets.
Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools such as SageMaker, MLflow, or Airflow.
Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
