You will collaborate with Finance SMEs, technology partners, and digital tooling squads to transform business challenges into automation-ready solutions. Responsibilities include opportunity identification and evaluation, solution design and delivery support, governance and controls, and stakeholder engagement with a focus on automated finance processes using RPA, workflow automation, and GenAI-enabled systems. The role emphasizes governance, change management, and continuous improvement to scale automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Opportunity Identification & Evaluation

  • Collaborative Partnering: Work closely with Finance units to uncover automation use cases and identify quick wins.

  • Structured Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate feasibility, value, and risks of potential automation projects.

  • Clear Documentation: Capture detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, and expected business outcomes to ensure clarity and alignment.

2. Solution Design & Delivery Support

  • Innovative Design: Translate identified use cases into robust automation solution designs.

  • Prototyping & Readiness: Support the prototyping phase, user acceptance testing (UAT), rollout, and ensure operational readiness.

  • Governance Adherence: Ensure all designs comply with governance, risk, and control requirements to maintain high standards.

3. Governance, Controls & Standards

  • Framework Application: Apply firm-wide automation governance, evaluation, and control frameworks to all projects.

  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure solutions meet security, data privacy, and auditability standards.

  • Documentation Maintenance: Keep documentation, runbooks, and change management processes aligned and up-to-date.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Adoption

  • Guidance & Support: Provide practical guidance to users adopting new automation solutions, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Effective Communication: Clearly communicate the benefits, value, and outcomes of solutions post-implementation.

  • Continuous Improvement: Support post-release evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience: 3+ years in business process automation-related business analyst roles.

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automation tools such as RPA, workflow automation, and GenAI-enabled systems.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong business analysis, requirements documentation, and solution design capabilities.

  • Critical Thinking: Ability to challenge solution logic, validate outputs, and ensure readiness for scaling.

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders effectively.
