Join NVIDIA's China TSE Deep Learning team as a Perception Engineer focused on the autonomous driving perception software stack. You will work on perception SW features, DNN improvement/eval/KPI, issue triage and root cause analysis, and DNN model acceleration, optimization and deployment. The role emphasizes building high-performance perception solutions using C/C++, PyTorch, CUDA and TensorRT, with collaboration across research, software and hardware teams. Located in Shanghai/Shenzhen (or willing to work in Shanghai/Shenzhen).

NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing — with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Today, we are increasingly known as “the AI computing company.” We're looking to grow our company, and build our teams with the smartest people in the world. Would you like to join us at the forefront of technological advancement?

We are now hiring software engineers for our China TSE Deep Learning team, with a strong preference for those who can join as soon as possible.

Join our China TSE Deep Learning solution team and help build the cutting-edge, high-performance deep learning solutions driving our success in this exciting and quickly growing field.

What you'll be doing:
• Work on research, design and implementation of software features that are beneficial to our customers to meet their performance targets and build unique values

• Autonomous driving perception SW stack for improvement and issue fixes.

• Autonomous driving perception DNN improvement/eval/KPI for DNNs.

• Autonomous driving perception issue triage and root causing.

• Develop solutions for DNN model acceleration, optimization and deployment.

What we need to see:
• Subject to arrangement to different works at any time to take on different tasks and challenges

• Self-motivated attitude and motivation to make things success, intent to learn

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science/EE or related

• Proven fundamentals in c++/pytorch programming and SW design and debug skills

• Abundant knowledge of ML/DL techniques for Computer Vision and autonomous driving

• Knowledge and experiences for perception stack for Autonomous driving, for example camera/radar/ultrasonic/parking/wait condition perception/multiple sensor fusion/...

• Believe that experimenting is the only way to find the truth, not argument

• At least 3 years in DNN area

• Located in Shanghai/Shenzhen or willing to work in Shanghai/Shenzhen

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
• DNN development and network acceleration is highly desired

• Familiarity with GPU computing/NVIDIA CUDA/NVIDIA TensorRT

NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers. We have some of the most brilliant and talented people in the world working for us. If you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!

NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
