Senior Solution Architect at NVIDIA serves as the primary technical liaison between NVIDIA and customers, leading proof-of-concept demonstrations, pre-sales conversations, and the development of architectures and demos to advance AI-driven manufacturing projects. The role requires deep manufacturing and automotive sector experience, strong Python/C++ software development skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Travel is worldwide for on-site customer engagements, and you will collaborate with system integrators and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects. Knowledge of NVIDIA Omniverse, AI workflows (NeMo, Triton) and integration with data science workflows is highly valued.

As an Industry Solution Architect at NVIDIA, you will be the first line of technical expertise between NVIDIA and our customers. Your role will involve working on proof-of-concept demonstrations, driving relationships with key executives and managers, and evangelizing accelerated computing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.

  • Understand the AI workload and how it interacts with other parts of the system like networking, storage, deep learning frameworks, data cleaning tools, etc.

  • Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring the progress of AI jobs and helping engineering design solutions for more robust training at scale.

  • Provide feedback to internal teams such as opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.

  • Worldwide travel is required for on-site visits with customers.

  • Engage with global System Integrators to scale out and delivery high quality projects to customers

  • Drive pre-sales conversations, build architectures and demos to accelerate the customer AI journey based on NVIDIA products

  • Qualify customer opportunities and translate business requirements into technical requirements

  • Be the central point of technical contact internally and externally for various lighthouse automotive and manufacturing customers

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or other Engineering fields.

  • Experience with software development, particularly in Python, C++, or similar languages.

  • Extensive industry experience of at least 5 years in manufacturing and automotive sectors, with a deep understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in these fields.

  • Track Record of pre-sales and MVP engagements leading to productive workloads at customer environments

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on a dynamic customer-focused team.

  • Proficiency in NVIDIA Omniverse, including experience with Omniverse Kit, Omniverse Nucleus, and Omniverse Connectors. Ability to leverage Omniverse for collaborative 3D workflows and simulation, and integrate it with AI and data science workflows.

  • Experience with NVIDIA AI workflows, including data curation, model training, customization, inference, and deployment using tools like NeMo and Triton Inference Server.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience developing and deploying solutions in hybrid and/or cloud environments.

  • Critical thinking capabilities that leverage fundamentals to deduce solutions.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to facilitate the flawless integration of solutions across internal teams, external vendors, and customers.

  • Familiarity with common Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens Process Simulate, PTC Windchill, and Autodesk Revit.
