Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of a portfolio of internal AI products and capabilities for Oliver Wyman’s Quotient team in Dublin. Translate enterprise AI priorities into multi-horizon roadmaps and actionable delivery plans while building business cases and measuring value and impact. Collaborate with end-users, design and research teams to ensure solutions address real friction points and drive adoption. Mentor Product Managers and cross-functional contributors, establish scalable operating models and governance, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management, Strategy & AI to join our Quotient team in Dublin.
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of a portfolio of internal AI products and capabilities that support and enhance Oliver Wyman’s consulting delivery workforce.
This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating firm priorities into product roadmaps, delivery plans, and adopted capabilities.
Key responsibilities will include:
Portfolio & Strategic Initiative Leadership
Leading and maintaining ownership of a portfolio of AI-enabled internal products and platform initiatives
Defining and executing multi-horizon product and platform roadmaps delivering both incremental improvements and large-scale transformation
Translating enterprise AI priorities into structured product sequencing and delivery plans
Partnering with senior stakeholders to support the development of executive materials and business cases that justify AI investments, clearly articulating value, risk, and measurable impact
Monitoring KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization indicators to guide iteration and course correction
End-User Obsession & Insight Integration
Operating with deep end-user obsession, grounding product decisions in how consultants and teams actually work
Partnering closely with strategic design and research teams to convert friction points into actionable initiatives and epics
Ensuring practitioner perspectives are embedded in roadmap prioritization and investment decision
Operating Model Optimization
Designing and refining scalable product operating models, workflows, and governance mechanisms with Quotient Inside workstreams
Establishing structured prioritization, intake, and performance tracking into ways of working
Codifying reusable playbooks and frameworks that elevate execution standards across teams that work with Product Strategy
Identifying systemic inefficiencies and implement improvements that increase quality and transparency
Cross-Functional Engagement
Building strong partnerships across Product Strategy, Engineering, Design, Data, and consulting stakeholders
Navigating complex, matrixed environments to reconcile competing priorities into coherent plans
Representing product initiatives in leadership forums with clarity and strategic alignment
Delivery Partnership
Partnering closely with product build teams, the QI Centre of Excellence, and enablement teams to ensure cohesive execution across the product lifecycle
Ensuring product narratives, enablement materials, and rollout strategies present a unified and holistic story of value
Aligning delivery outcomes with executive expectations, ensuring measurable impact is clearly articulated and realized
Maintaining visibility across initiatives to prevent fragmentation and reinforce strategic coherence
Talent Development
Leading and mentoring Product Managers and cross-functional contributors
Providing structured developmental feedback and stretch opportunities
Fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Who we are looking for…
8 + years of experience in product management, digital delivery, or technology-enabled transformation role – AI transformation is advantageous
A proven track record of leading complex, multi-team product or program portfolios
Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic decision-making
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams
Experience in professional services or similarly complex organizations is strongly preferred
Additionally, you’ll:
Have strong end-user orientation with demonstrated ability to translate user needs into product and platform strategy
Be adept at building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and developing talent
Be comfortable in engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the firm, from practitioners to executive leadership
Have the ability to craft cohesive, executive-level narratives that connect strategy, delivery, and measurable impact including business cases
Be skilled at aligning cross-functional execution to executive expectations in complex, matrixed environments
