We’re now looking for experienced, high-performing individuals to join us on that journey. We’re currently hiring a Manager level AI Consultant to support our SAP Projects and Clients. You’ll bring strong functional knowledge with AI in focus, a consulting mindset, and the drive to deliver real impact — both for our clients and for your own development.

Key Responsibilites

• Providing Leadership and Functional Consulting for the practical application of AI within SAP S/4HANA projects

• Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Senior Manager Level

• Assisting in financial management and control of client engagements

• Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

• Assisting in developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients

• Managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team

• Shaping and delivering projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria

• Influencing clients’ use of AI, automation/iRPA

The skills and experience we are looking for

• You have extensive experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA consulting in at least one of the main modules of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Distribution or Technical

• You have delivered minimum of two End to End S/4HANA implementation in consultant role.

• You have expert knowledge of SAP Business AI, use cases of Embedded AI and Joule including AI agents and how these are beneficial for different lines of business

• You have implemented SAP Business AI or other vendor’s Gen AI, Agentic AI use cases on SAP projects. Any experience of using Joule for Consultant’s or Developer will be an advantage.

• You are enthusiastic about practical application of AI for business with up-to-date detailed knowledge of latest innovation to advise our clients on strategy and application.

• You have Team Lead experience of managing between 2-5 people

• You are SAP certified or have academic degree related to AI (Preferred not essential)

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills

• Pre sales experience would be preferred but not essential
