General Summary:

Key Components of the Project:

  • Workflow Design: Establish a structured workflow where the AI agent orchestrates tasks through predefined code paths, ensuring predictability, consistency and reusable for well-defined tasks.

  • Integration with Existing Systems: Ensure seamless integration with existing PDTE data infrastructure, including data ingestion, processing, and retrieval systems, to ensure compatibility with current business processes and data flows.

  • End-to-End Analysis: Enable the AI agent to perform comprehensive data analysis, from data preprocessing to generating actionable insights and visualizations.

  • Operational Validation and Optimization: Test, evaluate, and optimize AI solutions to ensure reliability and performance within defined workflows and validating integration approaches to meet stability, scalability, and operational requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

  • Experience with exploratory data analysis, model development, model management, and data management, or data integration on reporting UI.

  • Understanding of AI agents and AI‑assisted workflows.

  • Proficiency in programming languages and data technologies such as Python, SQL, NoSQL, and Spark.

  • Familiarity with data management and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong sense of ownership with a growth mindset.

  • Curiosity about problem domains and a structured, analytical approach to problem solving.

  • Availability to work 3 months during Summer 2026 (July–September), with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to explain complex concepts and technical material to non-technical users.

  • Advance generative AI experience with GPT, Claude and Gemini models.

  • Ability to lead use case development and document potential business value.

  • Familiarity with MES, Engineering Data Analysis or Quality Control Systems (SPC).
