  • Interviewing multiple stakeholders to uncover inefficiencies in existing FEC processes.
  • Designing a small, measurable experiment to validate a GenAI hypothesis before scaling.

Facts & figures

  • 36 hours per week.
  • You typically work hybrid, with 1 fixed office day per week.
  • Over 49,000 Rabobank colleagues worldwide.

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Structure and prioritize incoming GenAI ideas by assessing feasibility, value, and risks using clear problem statements and success criteria.
  • Design and support small, fast, and measurable experiments together with data scientists, ensuring validated learning before further development.
  • Present insights, experiment outcomes, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders, translating technical topics into understandable business language.
