Join Rabobank's Existing Customer Management team as an Intern Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making. You will perform data cleaning, processing and analysis, build dashboards and visualizations (Power BI), and extract insights to support internal reporting. The 4–5 month paid internship is hybrid based in Utrecht and includes mentorship, professional development and an intern community. This role suits recent graduates or early-career candidates comfortable with Excel, SQL or Python and eager to learn.

· Location: Utrecht / Remote (hybrid)
You & the job
· Perform data cleaning, processing, and analysis tasks
· Create dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Power BI
· Extract insights to support internal reporting and decision-making
· Learn and apply tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python (based on your background)
· Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
· Ensure data quality and ethical use of customer data
· Support the development of data products that drive operational and strategic improvements
You & your talent
· Recent graduate or early-career professional
· Studying or completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
· Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python (beginner level welcome)
· Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools
· Strong interest in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling
· Proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
· Eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience
Additional nice to haves:
· Experience with DAX or Power Query
· Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
· Understanding of data ethics and privacy
