Join Rothschild & Co's Digital & AI Employee Experience team as an apprentice to help define and implement the roadmap for collaborative tools and AI initiatives across the group. You will contribute to deploying AI solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), onboarding users, and supporting/animating a Copilot Champions network while creating educational content and dashboards to drive adoption. You will coordinate with IT, business lines, security, and partners, and participate in data analysis to inform project decisions. This role focuses on user experience, continuous improvement and helping the organization adopt innovative AI-enabled ways of working.

Context
As an apprentice within the Digital & AI Employee Experience team, you will play a key role in developing, deploying, and driving the adoption of collaborative tools and Artificial Intelligence solutions across the group. You will actively contribute to transforming the employee experience through new AI‑driven use cases, modern SaaS technologies, and innovative ways of working
Your Missions
1. Contribution to the management of the Digital & IA roadmap
Actively participate in the definition, implementation and monitoring of the roadmap linked to collaborative tools and AI initiatives.
Assist in the operational management of the team's solution portfolio (collaborative SaaS, Copilot, agents, etc.).
2. AI deployment & adoption
Contributing to the roll out of Microsoft Copilot: User Onboarding, business support.
Participate in the animation of the Copilot Champions network to facilitate acculturation, best practises and team skill development.
Support the production of educational content (guides, use cases, tutorials, etc.).
3. Coordination with stakeholders
Connect to internal teams (IT, business lines, security, communication) as well as external publishers and partners.
Contribute to project management, deliverables monitoring and reporting.
4. Support and continuous improvement
Provide first level support on collaborative and Copilot tools: Request monitoring, simple incident resolution, user support.
Identify irritants, propose improvements and contribute to the functional enrichment of tools.
5. Data, Use & Performance
Help to build and drive used dashboards, followed by adoption and key KPIs of collaborative and AI tools.
Participate in data analysis to make business and product recommendations.
6. AI Technology Watch & Innovation
Contribute to the watch on new AI uses, trends around Copilot, AI agents, SaaS collaborative tools, and formulate test proposals.
Profil
Student in business, engineering or university, with a specialisation in digital transformation, data, AI or project management.
Very good control of the Microsoft 365 environment and strong interest in collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive...).
Strong curiosity for Artificial Intelligence, its corporate uses and solutions like Microsoft Copilot or generative AI.
Appetite for user experience, continuous improvement and new ways of working.
Ability to work as a team, to communicate with different types of interlocutors (IT, business lines, partners, publishers).
Organisation, rigour, autonomy and ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
Ease in the creation of materials, extension and animation (training, workshops, onboarding sessions).
Fluent English & French.
An initial experience in digital, AI, user support, product or change support is a plus.
