  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting and data-driven insights to business stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of People Analytics processes, identifying opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and responsible AI adoption within HR

We believe you bring Technical & Analytical Expertise

  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience working with large, structured datasets and data modelling
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or similar querying tools
  • Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI), Snowflake, or similar analytics environments

Domain & Governance Competence

  • Solid experience as a Workday key user
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and regulatory reporting
  • Experience within Reward and Compensation processes, such as salary reviews, bonus cycles, pay structures, or pay gap analysis

Personal Profile

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and take ownership
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and regulated environment
  • Curious about how technology and AI can improve HR effectiveness and decision-making
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

Your background

  • Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, HR Analytics, or a similar quantitative field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience within HR systems, analytics, data governance, reward processes, or similar data-driven roles
  • Experience leading reporting processes and cross-functional initiatives, ideally in collaboration with Data & AI environments
  • Experience from an international or matrix organization is an advantage
  • Extensive relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.

Working at Santander

You will join a high-performing international organization in an environment that is continuously evolving. You will work alongside a skilled and supportive People & Culture team, collaborating across the Nordics and with global stakeholders to further mature our People Analytics, Reward, and AI-driven HR capabilities.

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening data-driven, compliant, and future-ready HR processes aligned with Santander’s global data and AI strategies.

We offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to work partly from home. Our office is located at Lysaker Brygge, close to public transport and the waterfront. As part of a global group, you will gain access to international networks and long-term career opportunities.
