SAP is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and adoption of internal AI Agents within Agentic Analytics. You will lead the full product lifecycle, translating complex business problems into AI product requirements, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions. You will drive internal adoption with onboarding and training programs, measure impact, and evangelize the potential of Agentic Analytics to senior leadership. This is a hands-on, expert-level role focused on turning generative AI and LLM capabilities into tangible business value for internal stakeholders.

We are looking for a visionary and experienced AI Product Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and adoption of these AI Agents. This is a hands-on, expert-level role for someone who wants to build the future, not just manage it. You will be the central force turning the promise of generative AI and LLMs into tangible business value for our internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
As the AI Product Manager, you will be the product-focused leader responsible for the entire lifecycle of our internal AI Agents. Your mission is to move our internal users from "pulling data" to "conversing with insights."
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the Vision & Strategy: Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of Business AI Agents
- Translate Business Problems into AI Products: Deconstruct complex processes and questions into well-defined product requirements
- Lead Cross-Functional Delivery: Act as the product leader to guide the team's focus, manage the product backlog, and make critical priority calls to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality AI products
- Drive Adoption and Measure Impact: A product is only successful if it’s used. You will design and execute internal go-to-market strategies, including user onboarding, training, and feedback loops
- Act as a Thought Leader: Serve as the organization's leading expert on Agentic Analytics. Stay on top of AI trends and evangelize the potential of these technologies to senior leadership and the broader community
What You Bring
You are a seasoned product manager with a passion for AI and a track record of shipping complex, data-intensive products. You thrive at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 6–8+ years in product management with 2–3+ years experience building products for finance, HR, or business analytics domains.
- Demonstrable experience leading a product from concept to launch and adoption in an agile environment, preferably for an enterprise.
- Strong Technical Acumen: A deep, intuitive understanding of the current AI landscape, including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic frameworks. You don't need to code the models, but you must be able to hold your own in technical discussions with data scientists and engineers.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Ability to align diverse teams and influence at senior levels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Fluency in using data to understand user behavior, validate hypotheses, and measure product success.
- Outstanding Communication: The ability to simplify and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translate vague business needs into precise product requirements.
- Formal education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
